ICUnet.Group received an award from TOP-Service Deutschland last week!
In the B2B sector, service is rarely flashy. It manifests itself in reliability, speed, empathy, and the ability to guide customers even in complex situations.
We are therefore all the more delighted that ICUnet.AG was honored last week at the Top Service Deutschland Award at the Stadtpalais in Cologne. Germany’s oldest service award highlights what often happens quietly in everyday life yet is so crucial for our customers: genuine customer focus.
The fact that we were able to move up from 7th to 4th place among 24 award-winning companies in the B2B category—and were also named the industry winner in “Mobility Services”—is a special recognition for us and a strong sign of the growth of our entire team.
The fact that we were able to move up three spots confirms our approach: We listen. We take our customers’ feedback seriously. And we consistently translate it into better solutions. Especially in times of technological development, such as through AI, positively experienced customer focus is evident where innovation and empathy are in a balanced relationship.
In the year of our 25th anniversary, this award holds special significance. It serves as a reminder of what ICUnet has stood for since its founding: connecting people, organizations, and cultures in a way that enables genuine collaboration across borders.
This is precisely our purpose: “We create value by connecting people across borders.” For us, it is both a daily commitment and a source of inspiration.
We also consider it a special honor to be featured in the Handelsblatt, which dedicated four pages to reporting on Germany’s best service providers, including ICUnet. This is a strong sign that customer-centric work is being recognized in the SME sector.
Our CEO and founder, Dr. Fritz Audebert, accepted the award together with our colleague Liana Rettich. Because one thing is clear: you never win such an award alone.
The recognition therefore belongs above all to our more than 170 full-time and 350 freelance employees worldwide. First-class service is a team effort—every day and in every interaction with our customers.
We would like to take this opportunity to extend a special thank you to our customers. For their trust, for their openness, and for the feedback that consistently provides us with important insights for our work.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Christian Roeb of TOP SERVICE Germany—for the dignified setting of this award ceremony and the personal video message.
And of course: Congratulations to all the other award-winning companies. Customer focus isn’t a competition against others, but a shared commitment to making Germany a stronger hub for service.
