Result-Statistics-Nudge in everyday life

Have you ever heard of the Result-Statistics-Nudge?

Implementing inclusion nudges into your everyday life can help you reduce your unconscious biases. In your next meeting, try the following nudge, Tinna C. Nielsen und Lisa Kepinski came up with in their Book “Inclusion Nudges Guidebook“ (2016):

The problem: Meetings are often not very goal oriented. There is a lot of discussion and in the end, little is achieved.

The solution: Create a result statistic: On a flipchart/whiteboard with fields such as “problems solved“, “decisions made“ and “ideas developed“. If fields remain empty, there is pressure to fill them.

If you try this inclusion nudge, we are eager to hear about your experiences! Write to us on our LinkedIn channel.
