Happy Holidays

and great start

for 2022

Did you know that while the end of the year is one of the most festive and enjoyable times of the year for many, traditional year-end company ‘holidays’ also carry the risk that some employees may feel left out and unhappy if they don’t celebrate Christmas?

Every year between Thanksgiving and New Year’s, when there are several religious and secular holidays, it can be a bit of a dilemma to make sure everyone feels included.

Being aware which religious holidays are important to your employees, colleagues, or costumers – and how they prefer to celebrate them (or not) – has significant benefits for everyone.

This year start by saying „Happy Holidays” (German: „Schöne Feiertage”) instead of „Merry Christmas” („Frohe Weihnachten”) if you’re not sure what your employee, colleague or customer celebrates.
