Dr. Fritz Audebert at the international conference at the Turkish-German University
Dr. Fritz Audebert participated in the international conference at the Turkish-German University in Istanbul.
From 7 to 8 October, an international conference was held at the Turkish-German University in Istanbul on “Towards Constructive Intercultural Management. A conference on research approaches and perspectives”.
Within the framework of this conference, a human resource management panel led by Assist. Prof. Levent Yilmaz and Dr. Fritz Audebert, the HR directors Betül Çorbacıoğlu from Mercedes, Aslı Kunur from Siemens and Umut Güvenç from Bosch. Topics such as the impact of digitalisation on recruitment processes and diversity management and the attractiveness of Turkey and Istanbul for young talents could be taken up and discussed.
